Birth of a superconductor transistor. Important breakthrough published in Nature

Prof. Jean-Marc Triscone and his team at DPMC-UNIGE have made a key-breakthrough in the field of complex oxide interfaces, with the creation of the first superconducting transistor, created in collaboration with teams from Zurich, Paris and Augsburg. This discovery has been published in Nature magazine.
