Quantum physics has revolutionized our world and enabled major advances in technology. A second revolution is underway with quantum computers and communications, offering unprecedented capabilities. Quantum sensors and materials are also opening up new perspectives in medicine and electronics. Professor Nicolas Brunner will explore these advances in his Spring Semester Opening Lecture.
