The word of the academicians – Thierry Giamarchi explains the word
On the occasion of its 350th birthday, the French Academy of Sciences produced short films entitled “The word of the academicians”.
Nineteen academicians explain in three minutes a word of science such as, chaos, climate, innovation, memory, nano, planet, irrational, etc.
Thierry Giamarchi, academician, took up the challenge and explains the word “glass” (in French “verre”).
