Last April, an important discovery made by Prof. Triscone’s team at DPMC/MaNEP in Geneva – in collaboration with a team from the University of Lièges in Belgium – on « Improper ferrolectricity in perovskite oxide artificial superlattices » was published in Nature magazine.
Last week, the researchers have been awarded for their groundbreaking work by prestigious science magazine La Recherche, in the category of « Communications and Information Technology Science ». Congratulations to all !
