
Shunsuke Furuya in the group of Thierry Giamarchi has received theYoung scientist award of the Physical Society of Japan (division 3: magnetism).
Every year the JPS presents theYoung scientists awards to young researchers who have made outstanding achievements in their early research careers.
Shunsuke will give the award-winning lecture at the end of March : “Theoretical study on the electron spin resonance in low-dimensional quantum antiferromagnets”.

Moreover, the Young investigator award of the society of electron spin science and technology was also awarded to Shunsuke Furuya this fall.
